Any time construction or maintenance activities are proposed which take place on, or involve, a waterway, levee, embankment, channel, dam, reservoir, piling, or any stream protection structures, that work requires written permission from one or several governing authorities. Property Owners are responsible for obtaining the proper clearances before commencing any work.
